Camp Wars: Racing for T1D Awareness takes over Paris Dragstrip on Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, 2026. This family-friendly event combines exciting drag racing with a mission to raise awareness for Type 1 diabetes. Friday night will feature a Practice Tree Shootout and Power Wheels racing. Saturday gates open at 5:00 p.m., the drivers meeting begins at 6:30 p.m., and the track goes hot at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday admission is $30 for pit access, $20 for spectators, and free for children 12 and younger. Racing will feature Camp vs. Camp Small Tire, Tailgate, PDS 5.30, Outlaw Daily, Footbrake, Super Pro, Beginners Bracket and Power Wheels. Spectators may purchase admission at the gate. Racers should visit the official Facebook event page for class rules, entry fees and registration information. On-site parking is available, and guests should follow directions from track staff upon arrival.
