Hatch Chile Fest 2026

A Fiesta at the Paris Farmers and Artisan Market from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tons of vendors line up at the Farmer’s Market to roast and sell Hatch Chilies fresh from New Mexico. Vendors also sell their locally grown produce, pastries, breads, jewelry, and coffee. The event showcases mariachi bands, games, and handmade treasures. A fun day for the Family!
