Love & Bagels

Our mission is to provide our community with the highest quality bagels & bagel sandwiches. Using the freshest local ingredients, hand-cutting our meats & creating our very own cream cheeses.

In 2021 we began our journey by setting up our first booth at our local Farmer’s Market. In 2022, we renovated and opened our food truck and in 2023 we opened for business at Downtown 127. Our bagels begin with our own homegrown, whole wheat wild yeast starter. We use King Arthur flours, filtered local water & barley malt to create our signature chewy texture & flavor. Each bagel is hand-rolled and fermented for a minimum of 18 hours before being boiled & baked fresh each morning.
